Arms Licenses Monitoring System

The project envisages at capturing the details of Arms Licences issued by DC office. It captures
various details of the Licensee like Name,
Address, License Number & Date, State, District,
Taluka, License Validity Area, Issuing Authority,
Status, Weapon Details, Photograph of licensee,
Weapon Retainer name and address, etc. It is developed using C#.NET and SQL Server 2005 The software has the following modules : - Licese Details Entry - Weapon Details Entry - Upload/Capture photo of licensee Module - Receipts Generation module - Administration for taking backup, Add/Delete Villages. - Integrated Search module - Reports Module – Basic Report, Checklists, License Card, No Data Report, Receipts Report, Expired Licenses Report. |

developed to replace the system of manual sending of monthly reports from DC Offices to RC Office. It consists of around 90+ forms & 100+ reports. It is developed using C#.NET and SQL Server 2005 . |

It bifurcates the various letters received by the DC’s office to the concern Departments for redressal. Once the reply to these letters has come from various agencies the concerned caseworker then recompiles them (Outward) At any given point of time the status of the letter can be tracked down as the program has built-in queries to do this. |
